- 3-4mm crystal beads to represent the 7 chakras (natural faceted crystal beads- amethyst, lapis lazuli, tiger eye, blue spot jasper, green aventurine, yellow jade, red jasper)
- 14ct gold plated beads (3mm)

Please measure your wrist touching the skin, select this size, the bracelet will then be made slightly larger to accommodate the width of the beads.
